The Year 5 children had a fantastic time at the Sportshall Athletics Competion held at the Lakes College.
The children took part in the following events:
1. Track – Obstacle Relay – Girls (4 pupils)
2. Track – Obstacle Relay – Boys (4 pupils)
3. Track – 1+1 Lap Relay – Girls / Field – Standing Long Jump – Boys (2)
4. Track – 2 + 2 Lap Relay – Girls / Field – Speed Bounce – Boys (2)
5. Field – Boys Chest Push (2) and Triple Jump (2)
6. Track – 1+1 Lap Relay – Boys / Field – Standing Long Jump – Girls (2)
7. Track – 2 + 2 Lap Relay – Boys / Field – Speed Bounce – Girls (2)
8. Field – Girls Chest Push (2) and Triple Jump (2)
9. Girls Javelin (2)
10. Boys Javelin (2)
11. 4 X 1 Relay – Girls 12. 4 x1 Relay – Boys
We were very proud of the children for receiving a certificate based on how they worked as a team. Well done.
