The children have been working very hard in their daily phonics sessions. Each day they learn a new sound and have the opportunity to read text with this new sound in, write words, use those words in sentences and spell words using the new sound. By doing these activities the children are becoming more confident in their writing skills and are able to use these sounds in their literacy lessons.
